Join our community of ongoing supporters by setting up a recurring monthly donation. You choose the amount, and your gift is processed automatically each month. It’s a simple, consistent way to support the Academy, and you can adjust or cancel at any time.

Sponsorships

Businesses, families, and individuals can sponsor school events, classroom needs, or specific initiatives. Sponsorships may include public recognition, program listings, or associated benefits, depending on the event or project.

Endowment & Legacy Giving

Planned giving, bequests, or contributions toward a future endowment help ensure long-term sustainability for the Academy. These gifts create a lasting legacy and support future generations of students.

Major Gifts

Larger contributions can be directed toward particular projects, such as facility improvements, teacher resources, scholarship funds, or future expansion. Major gifts create long-term stability and growth for the Academy.

Gifts in Kind

Donors may choose to contribute non-monetary items that support school life — such as classroom materials, office supplies, books, event items, or equipment. Gifts in kind help reduce operational costs and allow resources to go directly to student learning.

Matching Gifts

Some employers offer donation-matching programs. This allows your personal gift to be doubled (or even tripled) at no additional cost to you. Check with your workplace to see if matching is available.

Volunteer Hours

While not monetary, the gift of time is invaluable. Volunteers support events, classroom activities, fundraising, and day-to-day needs. Volunteering strengthens our community and keeps our mission thriving.

Memorial Gifts

Give in honour or memory of someone special. Tribute gifts are a meaningful way to celebrate a loved one while supporting Catholic education.

BOARD MESSAGE

St. Joseph Academy is a not-for-profit school, guided by a board deeply committed to offering authentic Catholic education. We work hard to keep tuition as affordable as possible for families, and our current rates are set as low as we can responsibly offer.

However, tuition alone does not cover the full cost of educating a student. Like many independent schools, we rely on the support of our wider community to bridge the gap between what tuition provides and what it truly takes to operate a thriving Academy.

Running a school involves significant ongoing expenses: salaries for our devoted faculty and staff, facility costs, maintenance and operations, classroom materials, and daily supplies. In addition, we are committed to offering tuition assistance to families who need support, a goal that is only possible through charitable giving.

If you believe in the mission of private Catholic education and feel called to support us, we have made donating simple and accessible through our Zeffy platform, which allows not-for-profits to receive 100% of all contributions. Every donor receives an official charitable receipt.
